I never thought much about how Downtown Midland was divided into different sections until very recently.Last week I had a private tour with Floyd Andrick in the historical district. This area, which comprises over 20 historical homes, stretches from West Main to Larkin streets and Jerome to Revere streets. The main section of downtown, which many of us shop, dine, even work in, is home to the pedestrian plazas in the summer months. On most afternoons, I enjoy looking out the Daily News’ front window and seeing families play games or grab a sweet treat.
